Since 2015 Odimo has designed multiple LIHTC projects in Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, and Nebraska both in rural and urban locations. We have experience with many regional funding agencies, most recently MHDC, IFA, NIFA, OHFA, and KHRC. Because of this experience, we know the development design guidelines, application requirements, certifications, and design and construction review processes that span the entire lifespan of the project.
