As a growth-focused church, Kingdom City Church pursues excellence and innovation in all ministry endeavors. With multiple services, active events through the week, and mission-based intent, Kingdom City expanded to their North Campus in 2018, converting a former pharmaceutical warehouse into an experience-packed worship center. An auditorium for 300, family education, a coffee hub, and group study areas are integrated with signage and branding elements throughout. The design considered simplicity of materials and a standardized color pallet for an affordable construction and opportunities for volunteer labor. Simplicity and standardization of color and materials provided for an affordable construction yet resulted in a meaningful experience. A second phase in the same location established an outreach Center, House of Hope, to serve women and mothers in the community.

The vision for the new South location is to expand the church’s outreach facilities and create an enhanced family worship experience in a much larger 90,000 sf 3-phase renovation. This former shopping center will be converted into a 1,000 seat auditorium, chapel, Kingdom City HQ offices, family education center, and an expanded outreach center. Odimo is leading the effort for this retrofit architectural, interiors, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, structural, and coordination with owner selected audio visual and technology equipment.
