Julia believes that successfully managing a project requires her to ‘learn the language’ of her clients so that she can fully dive in, understand their needs and provide creative solutions. Her project management skills combined with a focus on relationships with her clients are central to her process. Expectations need to be set early in planning for a project to be a success and her leadership skills guide teams of consultants from kickoff to ribbon cutting.

Inspired by the Louis Kahn’s quote ‘The creation of art is not the fulfillment of a need but the creation of a need. The world never needed Beethoven’s Fifth Symphony until he created it.’ Julia’s passion for art history has influenced the way she thinks, relates to, and perceives the built environment. She analyzes project challenges both literally and figuratively and this helps inform her design solutions.
