Emily creates studies and diagrams to explore ideas for multiple projects in the office. As a project designer, she combines her critique for beautiful yet pragmatic design solutions with a talent for graphics and renderings. She recently graduated from Kansas State University with a Master’s degree in Architecture and a Minor in Community Planning.

 Influenced by her favorite author, C.S. Lewis, and his logical yet beautiful way of looking at the world, Emily understands that elegance and efficiency aren’t mutually exclusive. As Lewis said, “We do not want merely to see beauty…we want something else which can hardly be put into words. To be united with the beauty we see, to pass into it, to receive it into ourselves, to bathe in it, to become part of it.”
