With experience in university, commercial, and institutional projects, Ashley brings unique interdisciplinary interior design and architectural leadership to Odimo. Her ‘inside-out’, human-centered approach is essential to reflect our client’s goals in both new construction and existing building renovations. 

Ashley’s design philosophy focuses on people, resulting in healthier built environments and a commitment to all aspects of sustainability. She leads projects with an emphasis on design excellence and an expertise in workplace design. She maintains a true passion for client engagement, serving as a trusted advocate and advisor to clients to bring innovative design solutions that support workforce growth and well-being. Ashley is a strong advocate for design mentorship both within Odimo and in the profession as a volunteer with PrepKC and guest reviewer with universities in the region.
