Odimo is a vision-driven architecture and interior design practice with a focus on higher education, innovative low-income tax-credit housing, and high-quality commercial work in the urban core. We are nimble and diverse in our project work allowing every employee to be exposed to all aspects of design and the architectural practice. Our firm culture emphasizes collaboration while growing the strengths of each individual through design and project management opportunities.
We are dedicated to innovation in the practice of architecture. Toward that endeavor, we recently updated our compensation policy to pay everyone a base salary plus an hourly ‘bonus’ for every hour worked above a 40-hour work week. As creative professionals, and according to the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), our designer and architect positions are classified as salary exempt, which does not require overtime pay. We all know the work we do on occasion requires extra effort, and our team is now compensated fairly for their dedication to our craft, our clients, and our community.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits, options for part-time positions, a flexible work environment, and the opportunity to make a difference. Please send a portfolio, resume and two work references to hello@odimo.us.
