    Odimo was founded by Amy Slattery, a registered architect with 16 years of experience on some of the most notable projects in the Kansas City region. Her time at nationally recognized design and construction firms has given Amy diverse experience and knowledge on the balancing act of innovation and market-driven design results.

    Amy was recognized by Engineering-News Record as a Midwest Top 20 under 40 in 2012, and was an American Institute of Architects (AIA) National Young Architects Award recipient in 2011. She is a founding board member of the Kansas City Chapter of International Institute for Sustainable Laboratories (I2SL) and is a past President of CREW KC.

  • Ashley Sadowski, AIA LEED AP BD+C
    senior architect
    Ashley is a licensed architect with diverse experience in architecture, urban design, and community development. From ULI leadership to the management of urban infill projects, she has extensive experience working with Kansas City communities to develop long-term design solutions. Ashley is passionate about Kansas City and development in our urban core. Working in partnership with Code for America KC, Community Capital Fund, and UNI, she has developed web and mobile-based apps that aid communication between neighborhood leaders and streamline the acquisition of vacant properties. Ashley recently served as the Associate Director for AIA Kansas City and currently serves on the KCUR Generation Listen Leadership Council.

  • Mandy Moore, LEED AP

    Inspired by Mies’ quote “Build, don’t talk”, Moore has pursued experiences ranging from building a research facility with her own hands to traveling half way across the globe to work with robots and create research pavilions. While these experiences are not typical of her every day, they provided her with the ability to problem solve and create solutions for her clients.
    Not afraid to tackle a challenge head on, she’s ready to make a change in the community by offering honest, well-crafted architecture and interiors.

    Laurie bridges planning, architecture and graphics to build environments that work at every scale. She is known for her quick sketches, and quick 3D models, always making sure everyone can fully understand all aspects of the project. Whether she is presenting to the city, or talking though accomplishing your wildest dreams over tea, she encourages confidence in others. Laurie’s graphics and attention to detail will inspire for what could be.

  • Donovan Weber

    Donovan is a Kansas City, Missouri native dedicated to bringing excellence of design and process to the region. He has a wide range of experience in the design and construction world, from his construction technology degree at the Manual Career and Technical Center in Kansas City to his work in high end residential design in San Francisco. Donovan has the unique ability to understand a project from the perspective of its many contributors – from the laborers to the owners.

  • Hannah Underwood
    intern
    As a current M. Arch student of the University of Kansas. Hannah brings her design background and management experience to our commercial design projects through a focus on functionality within the design. She is set to graduate in the Spring of 2018 and is currently furthering her education in a Bachelor’s of Business Marketing. She is currently Vice President and Founder of the University of Kansas Kappa Chapter of Alpha Sigma Kappa for women in technical studies and completed her Spring of 2016 semester as one of the project managers of the dirt works design/build program at KU. She aspires to be certified in health and wellness and historic preservation upon graduation.
